In a nutshell, you may use this content for non-commercial purposes so long as you attribute it back to this site, preferably with a mention of the URL.

This site includes a feature that allows users to choose the license that they desire from a set of available licenses for their manifesto postings. All information pertaining to their manifesto is then released under that license, so please respect the rules of that license as posted at the end of each entry, but you may feel free to ask permission in the comments of the posting in order to contact the user. Information in the user's bio/profile page is copyright to them, and you may only use it if you contact them directly.

The python and HTML source code for this site is released under the Gnu General Public License v. 3. There is no linked distribution of it as of yet, and until there is, you may contact MJS Services for the source code.
